Dr. Paul Antonellis, Jr., MA, Ed.D., has more than 20 years of fire/EMS experience, holding various positions including chief of department. He is Director of Human Resource Management Program, Girard School of Business, Merrimack College. He has lectured to emergency service providers nationally and internationally and has authored and published more than 25 articles and two books, including Labor Relations for the Fire Service. Dr. Antonellis education includes a Doctor of Education with a focus on leadership and management, master’s degree in labor and policy studies, a bachelor’s degree in fire service administration, and associate degrees in criminal justice and in fire science technology.
